Meet Mark, the founder of Backcountry Bistro. With years of experience at Cedar Cove Resort, and in restaurant and customer service industry. Mark is passionate about creating the best experience possible while building lasting relationships with clientele both local and visiting.

Our mission is to provide our guests with quality food consistently. We offer the crowd favourites with our personal spin. While we are currently not licensed, we are working towards this. We currently offer a canteen style service keeping our service simple, and quick to best serve our guests.
